What's New for 2025?

  • New Order Entry Application
    We鈥檝e partnered with GCS-IT to develop a new online ordering system. The new platform enables year-round, real-time order processing directly with GCS-IT. This means faster processing, shorter delivery times, and easier access to computer purchases for departments. Watch this .
  • Instant Quotes
    Generate an immediate quote as you select your equipment. You can save/retrieve a quote or proceed with a purchase instantly.
  • Flexible Payment Options
    Orders can now be paid via Pro-Card or Purchase Order (PO). Departments will need to use a department ProCard or submit a PO through Procurement.
  • No Bulk-Buy Deadline

    Our negotiated discounted pricing will remain in effect year-round until Dell discontinues a model. When new models are introduced, we鈥檒l negotiate updated pricing.

  • End of Model Year Discounts
    With new 2025 computer models coming out in April/May, we鈥檝e secured additional deep discounts on current models for this Bulk Buy. Act now to lock in the best pricing before inventory runs out!"
  • New IT Field Services Computer Provisioning Fee
    Beginning in FY25, a $25 provisioning fee per computer will be applied for security compliance, configuration, and onboarding into the 彩神vlll争霸 environment. Additionally, data transfer services will be charged at the Field Services Hourly Rate ($120/hr) if needed.

  1. Get approval from your Manager and Fiscal Tech before you place an order.
  2. Visit and click UA Authentication to sign in.
  3. Select your desired equipment and generate an instant quote.
  4. Pay via Pro-Card or PO.

Program Details

  • Open to 彩神vlll争霸 MAU departments and other UA units located in the Anchorage area.
    *For business use only, no personal orders.*
  • Individual placing order is responsible for verifying their department鈥檚 fiscal technician鈥檚 approval.
  • Equipment ordered via the Computer Order Portal is paid for by the department using a department ProCard or PO.
  • $25 computer provisioning fee for individual standard computer imaging. $120 desktop imaging charge per computer for classrooms and open lab computers (includes computer provisioning fee).
  • Data transfer services will be charged at the Field Services Hourly Rate ($120/hr) if needed.
  • No model substitutions available.
  • End of year computer closeout models and their pricing are limited in availability. 
  • Note: Depending on age of computer and/or monitor, additional video cables may be required.

Warranty Details

  • Business Class computers are built with higher quality components are expected to last five years or more.
  • Five-year labor and parts warranty included on Dell computers and monitors.
  • 彩神vlll争霸鈥檚 Field Services Technicians will provide on-site support for all of your computer needs.
  • As an Authorized Tier 2 Dell Repair Facility, there will be no charge for warranty parts or labor. Most warranty parts are received within 48-hours which will minimize downtime.
