  Adult Learning Center Transcript Request

  If you earned your high school diploma through the Adult Learning Center prior to June 2004, ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô may have a copy of your high school transcript. Copies of diplomas are not available.

   

  Students wishing to obtain a copy of their ALC transcript must submit the transcript request and pay the $7 processing fee.

  Adult Learning Center

  Students who earned their high school diploma through the Adult Learning Center after June 2004 should contact the Adult Learning Center.

  State of Alaska

  Students needing to obtain a copy of their General Education Development (GED) may contact the State of Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development – Adult Basic Education.

  Anchorage School District

  If you recall completing some courses on the ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô campus but believe you may have graduated from an Anchorage high school, please contact the Anchorage School District.

  Courses taken before 1982 may not appear on your record. Check your unofficial transcript at UAOnline before ordering an electronic transcript.

  Courses taken before 1982 that do not appear on your unofficial transcript are maintained on microfilm and microfiche and are available by ordering a paper transcript.

Enrollment Verifications

• National Student Clearinghouse (NSC)
  The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) is ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô's authorized partner for providing official enrollment verifications.
   

  To obtain your official enrollment verification certificate, login to the using your UA username and password and follow these steps:

  • Click "Self Service" from the menu on the left-hand side
  • Select a school and certificate type from the dropdown menus in the Download an Enrollment Certificate section. The All Enrollment Certificates type will provide your entire enrollment history at that school. The Current Enrollment Certificate type will include your enrollment in the most recent semester you attended that school.
  • Click "Download Certificate"

  If you're seeking an enrollment verification for the current semester, it's generally available 3-5 business days after the add/drop deadline (dependent on NSC processing times).

  If you've made changes to your registration this semester and those changes are not yet reflected in your enrollment certificate, it's possible that we haven't submitted an updated enrollment file to the NSC since the changes were made. ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô's enrollment file reporting dates are listed below, and you can expect an updated enrollment certificate to be available 3-5 business days after each reporting date.  

  Reporting Dates for Spring 2025: 1/27/2025; 2/17/2025; 3/17/2025; 4/14/2025; 5/19/2025

  Reporting Dates for Summer 2025: 5/28/2025; 7/9/2025; 8/18/2025

  Reporting Dates for Fall 2025: 9/8/2025; 10/13/2025; 11/10/2025; 12/8/2025; 1/12/2026

• Manual Enrollment Verifications

  For instances where an enrollment verification from the NSC is not accepted (i.e. military), please use the Manual Enrollment Verification. A manual enrollment verification can only be processed after the Add/Drop Deadline has passed, and can only be processed for the current semester. If enrollment verification is required for past semesters, you must order an official transcript request.

• Student Loan Deferment Verification

  ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô submits a report of students' enrollment statuses to the NSC monthly during the academic year. The NSC then supplies verification of enrollment to lending agencies.

  Students that completely withdraw from all ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô courses and then register for ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô courses in a future semester must self-report their re-enrollment to NSLDS. Please contact NSLDS at 1-800-4-FED-AID or TDD 1-800-730-8913 or studentaid@ed.gov.

• Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Education Verification

  Students must submit AK PFD form #04304 directly to the Registrar's Office for processing. The form will be processed and sent directly to the AK Department of Revenue PFD Division within 3 business days. We do not release the form back to the student.
