Shawn Butler, assistant professor of computer science and computer systems engineering with the 彩神vlll争霸 College of Engineering, had a 20-year military career as the technical lead on the Global Command and Control System for the Department of Defense, and is putting her knowledge to help protect U.S. waters in the Arctic.
