This is an already paid service that every department, unit, office and college across ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô campus can utilize and benefit from. This platform is an all-in-one submission and workflow platform designed for academic and research institutions. 

What is InfoReady?

InfoReady is an online platform that helps ²ÊÉñvlllÕù°Ô manage internal as well as select other award applications, automate the review process and track decisions efficiently. One of the goals at the Office of Research is to have all funding opportunities under one platform - improving application/award management, retention, tracking of data, and efficiency.

Can I review applications directly in InfoReady?

Yes! InfoReady allows you to review, score and select recipients in one place.

Schedule a demonstration of your award application:

You will only need basic information to schedule a consultation and demonstration about the InfoReady award process. Below is the list of information needed to get started! 

  • Award title
  • Primary contact name and email 
  • Award details - total funding, category type (staff, faculty, undergraduate, graduate, etc.), number of possible awardees, discipline/subject area, funding organization (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the award
  • Key dates - application open date, application deadline, reviewer(s) deadline, project start/use-of-funds date 
  • Eligibility criteria - who is eligible to apply? Any specific qualifications or restrictions?
  • Application requirements - fields built and configured for applicants 

and eventually...

  • Review & evaluation process details - this can be added and edited after finalizing as well 
  • Progress Report details - will a progress report be required? and if so, this will be built and configured later on
